The Human Anatomy, 2017

From smooth skin and muscles to fine blood vessels and veins, I developed experimental materials and did the camera work which depicts the physiology of the human body. Wool, glue, latex and acrylic represent its different layers. Captured in peaceful poses, these textures form a cover that presents the human body as both mysterious and comforting.

Lasercut Bag Patterns, 2017

This project explores a flexible textile made from laser-cut, organically shaped wood fused with fabric. The contrasting positive and negative patterns create a unique tactile structure while maintaining the qualities of a textile. Combined with imitation and genuine leather, the material is transformed into a simple, high-quality bag that highlights texture and craftsmanship.

Living Textiles, 2019

Growing Garments“Growing Garments,” my bachelor’s project from 2019, brings plants directly onto the body. Kimono-like garments are seeded and watered flat, growing into wearable pieces in about ten days. Created in collaboration with Grün Stadt Zürich, the project promotes more greenery in the city.
