The future is not here yet and therefore, uncertain. For this very reason, our module "Studio Zukunft," offers an opportunity and creative space to elaborate on these futuristic retail rituals. The focus in our case are the shopping rituals, and the question what we as consumers and consumers expect in the future what we are hope and desire. We want to continue to experience shopping with all of our senses. We also want to be able to touch our products, by physically feeling something we are able to understand what we have in our hands. This could increase through oriented online-shopping as digitalisation is one of today's mega trends.
